Gindaco is Japan's #1 brand for Takoyaki. Takoyaki is a beloved Japanese street food, a savory fritter with tender octopus inside and a variety of toppings. We have opened our first location in the Tokyo Central grocery store in Gardena, CA and are poised to open additional locations across Southern California. <br><br>Our next locations will include full-service Japanese izakaya (think Japanese gastropub) featuring beer, sake, shochu and Japanese highballs along with a wide assortment of Japanese favorite menu items, with Takoyaki as a signature menu item.
