As a Party Host for Tenpin, you will be responsible for ensuring our Customers have a great time when they visit us, especially when it’s for a birthday party!

What will you do?
Whilst a big part of your role will be hosting birthday parties we’ll also train you on all departments to ensure your role has variety as well as meaning that the business has the most practical operation. You will:

• Dance with the birthday children (YMCA and the Cha-Cha slide is all part of our routines!!)
• Host games on a microphone in front of large crowds, ensuring all our families have a fun experience
• Strive to constantly achieve the highest operating standards throughout the bowl on the lanes, food, drink and amusements
• Ensure that all our customers are having a great time and adopt a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude
• Host and entertain individuals and parties to a high standard of service
• Lead by example and encourage all colleagues to participate and work together

Here's what we’ll need from you:
• Confidence
• Full of determination, enthusiasm and patience
• Able to provide high levels of customer service and have strong communication skills
• Fully flexible around working pattern (weekends will be required)
• Be approachable and helpful
• A strong team player
