Line Cook

In search of quality BOH, we are looking for passionate, hardworking, dependable individuals with skills to work and learn all aspects of the kitchen. The positions are as follows.

Line and Prep Cooks (3-5 days a week, must be able to work WEEKENDS, NO EXCEPTIONS)
-Ability to work at a high volume, fast paced kitchen, with very little margin for error. This position isn’t for the weak willed, must have great knife skills, ability to prep in a timely fashion, and overall great work ethic.
