Gotham Bar and Grill, one of NYC's most acclaimed restaurants, is looking for an EXPERIENCED Sous Chef!
Ideal candidates will posses a minimum of three years experience in a baking setting with knowledge of pastry production, a passion for quality and the ability perform in a high volume environment. This position will assist in oversight as well as participate in morning production while mentoring and guiding the culinary team. In addition to technical skill, the ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to lead effectively.

Ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- at least 3 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant kitchen,
- food handler’s certificate
- menu development
