Gotham Bar and Grill, one of NYC's most acclaimed restaurants, is looking for an EXPERIENCED Line Cook!
Applicants MUST have prior experience in FINE DINING establishments.

Essential Functions:
• Responsible for the execution of menu items assigned to them
• Upholds timeliness of orders from the kitchen to the dining room
• Ensures all food products are prepared to standard recipes to maintain Gotham Bar and Grill standards
• Has a complete understanding of work safety and emergency procedures
• Follows and completes daily tasks
• Consistently maintains organization and cleaning standards
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
• At least one year of previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Excellent knife skills
• Understanding of all food and safety guidelines
