The Landmark London is offering a F&B Internship for 6 or 12 months.

About the role

We are currently looking for a passionate Intern, to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and welcoming team on a full-time basis, and help us to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other.

At The Landmark London, our purpose is to enrich the journeys of our people and our guests and as part of this internship you will get to know all aspects and insights of the F&B environment and you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide the highest standards to all guests in line with The Landmark London standards.
• Deal with guest queries and requests in a prompt and anticipative manner showing maximum efficiency and friendliness.
• Demonstrate good product knowledge concerning your department and the Hotel.
• Get to know everything about our menus, food preparation and interaction with guests.
• Become member of our taskforces

As an Intern, you will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
