Description
The Grand Tavern by David Burke, located inside the Angad Arts Hotel, is a concept that highlights Chef Burke’s whimsical takes on classic and contemporary American dishes. Grand Tavern will feature shareable small plates and drinks in the front bar and lounge, along with a full menu in the main dining room.

We are seeking a Prep Cook, to be the backbone of our kitchen. All Prep Cooks will be responsible for the following:

- Following instructions of the Chef at all times.
- Keeping their station clean and organized, and in accordance to health codes.
- Assisting coworkers as needed and as directed.


Prep cooks are essential to a successful kitchen, doing the routine and day-to-day tasks that are needed to allow the cooks and chefs to turn out perfect meals. Prep cooks do much of the preparation for the dishes that are served. This includes chopping vegetables, breaking down, cutting meat, weighing and mixing ingredients, washing and preparing vegetables, storing food, and more. Prep cooks report to the head chef.
