Commissary Prep Cook (Part-Time)

Prep cook position at our commissary kitchen located in the Mott Haven section of the Bronx. We are looking for an individual with a high energy level and a desire to learn and enhance their culinary skills. You must have the ability to work well in a team environment.

We are looking for a dedicated, responsible individual who understands the importance of punctuality and attendance.
Schedule is Sunday thru Thursday, 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Responsibilities and Skills include, but not limited to:
*Prep and cook food with knowledge of basic culinary skills while maintaining NYC Department of Health guidelines

*Maintain the cleanliness of the work area throughout the shift

*Be able to work as part of a team and follow directions

*Communicate respectfully with all employees

*Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
