Prep Cook

Faced paced cafe, with small kitchen crew requires an experienced and organized line cook/prep person. Saturdays and Mondays (occasional extra shifts) from 9am - 5pm. Excellent opportunity for second job seekers. Candidate must be able to work in a small kitchen, alone at times and be able to multitask, keep calm under pressure and put out high quality food at a fast pace. Must be able to lift 50lb, work for long periods standing up and have a current CA Food Handlers card. Bilingual an advantage, but not essential.
