So, do you reckon you know how to handle the three most important bits of equipment in the gym: telephone, help desk and email? You do? Then you could be just the office athlete we’re looking for, able to skip nimbly around head office, never breaking sweat, and fielding every conceivable member enquiry.


Key responsibilities of the role:

Responsible for all membership and administration activities across this multi brand and multi-club estate, this fast paced, head office based role is integral to the smooth running of a member’s membership.

Developing strong relationships with all departments in club along with the other head office functions, this role will support the Junior Project Manager and Head of Department on several business improvement projects.


Day-to-day activities will include;

- Member services online responses
- New joiner administration
- Responses to public Google Reviews of Gymbox & MOB45 clubs
- Debt management
- Reception and Reception Manager training and ongoing support
- Corporate membership management
- Reporting and analysis
- Business Improvement project support
- General office responsibilities (answering phones, greeting guests etc.)

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

We’re looking for a natural team-player with a passion for delivering customer service.

Ideally we require candidates to have had at least one year’s experience working in a customer service and/or administration focused environment.
