Take guest’s food order at drive-thru:

• Greet guests within three seconds with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Focus on speed of service to ensure drive-thru orders are a priority.
• Suggestive sell one item to enhance guest satisfaction and increase incremental revenue
• Ensure guest receives the best value within current menu pricing and promotions
• Repeat order to verify accuracy.
• Process the guest’s payment in an efficient and courteous manner. Handle cash and credit card transactions with great care, striving for zero deviation from reported CID.

• Work quickly with handheld device for outdoor drive-thru orders
• Ensure consistent moving of cars through line
• Provide tab name for a more personal guest experience

Direct parking lot traffic for dine-in guests, order pickup, to go orders and drive-thru:

• Greet guest with a warm and friendly welcome, and a sense of urgency
• Provide direction to keep parking lot traffic moving
• Create conversation with guests as they wait; offer menu favorites and suggestive sell
• Thank guests and invite to return
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness

Utility Positions

• Set up workstations according to station diagrams
• Follow recipes and proper food presentation standards.
• Temp all food items per SOP specifications and cook food to appropriate temperature.
• Maintain freshness by performing portion control with appropriate batch size.
• Minimize waste to keep cost within forecasted range.
• Monitor service times and set the pace within the restaurant.
• Validate that portions are correct.
• Validate that all items ordered by the guest are accurately packaged, clean, and securely placed into the bag.
• Double check order for accuracy
• Stock, date, rotate products

• Keep work area clean during shift
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning duties
• Ensure adherence to areas of focus regarding business initiatives
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times
• Complete other job duties assigned by a manager
