As the face of our renowned restaurant, you will be instrumental in providing a warm and inviting welcome to our guests, ensuring they enjoy an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and inspirational demeanour, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Efficiently manage the seating arrangements to maximise guest comfort and restaurant flow.
• Handle reservations and manage booking schedules with precision and attention to detail.
• Liaise with restaurant the restaurant team to ensure seamless service and address guest needs promptly.
• Maintain the welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant, contributing to the overall guest experience.

• A keen willingness to work collaboratively with our dedicated team.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service with every interaction.
• A meticulous approach to managing reservations and seating arrangements.
• A positive and energetic attitude that enhances the guest experience.
• Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential; a passion for hospitality is a must.
