A fantastic role has become available at Harbour Hotels. Based at Harbour House in Christchurch, we are seeking a passionate People Manager to join the People Team.

About the role...
We are in need of a motivated and confident People Manager who understands hospitality businesses and has a passion for looking after our people. Experienced in the full employee journey, you will find it effortless to support recruitment, train and develop our teams and handle HR Casework. Based at our Head Office location in Purewell, Dorset, you will support and guide the General Managers with their teams - over 1000 employees in total.
Other areas that you will excel in include performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, policy and procedure development, HR compliance and general administration.

Previous experience working within an HR management role within the hospitality industry is beneficial. CIPD qualifications are highly regarded, but equivalent experience is also welcomed.

You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and be a confident speaker.
