Server/Waiter/Waitress

Harding's needs a couple of servers to join our family. Have fun and make money is there anything else?

We look for servers who have following skills and work ethic:

1. 2 years + serving at casual fine dining environment - (example: Hillstone/Houston's or Chart House)
2. Strong Knowledge of Product (Liquor, Wine, Beer and Food)
3. Proper Wine Service
4. High Volume Experience a big plus
5. We look for Sellers not order takers so know how good you are. ($ sales a night, average per person, etc..)
6. Strong work ethic is a must ( come to work on time, come ready to work and help out when needed)
7. Can handle 8 tables a t a time
8. Be Happy and have Fun Serving ? Then you will be perfect.

Servers make average $225 + nightly in tips
