We are currently looking for a new General Manager to lead The Hare and Hounds in Osterley, a beautiful, characterful pub located in West London. After two and a half successful years, Daisy is moving on to her next adventure within Fuller’s, leaving behind an excellent foundation for the next leader to build upon.

The Hare and Hounds is West London’s country pub - surrounded by lush green fields yet only minutes from the hustle and bustle of surrounding town centres. The pub is bursting with personality and boasts a stunning garden with covered areas that can be enjoyed all year round.

Operating under the Suburban London menu concept, food is a strong and consistent revenue driver. Delivering the right seasonal offer is key to success, especially during the busy summer months. “Reasons to Visit” are at the heart of what keeps our community engaged – from Shakespeare in the Garden to Curry Nights, these events play a vital role in the pub’s local reputation.

We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager who truly leads from the front, someone passionate about hospitality, visible on the floor, and committed to delivering exceptional service standards every day. You’ll inspire your team by example, creating memorable guest experiences and ensuring every detail of the customer journey is right.
