Micromanager

Description
We are hiring micromanagers for our upcoming fast casual concept. Haven't heard of the position before? That's because we’re the first, and we’re looking for some interested and interesting folks to join our team.

Micromanagers are...
Flexible enough to work at least three 6-7 hour shifts per week, but ideally closer to 30-35 hours per week
Interested, or willing to be, in eating/making salad, and maybe even urban agriculture
Comfortable with serving salad while talking to customers and taking their payment (credit or debit card only establishment)
Willing to learn how to maintain our vertical farm and harvest fresh microgreens
Willing to prepare the kiosk for service or closing (according to provided list of tasks)
Comfortable in close quarters (small kiosks make for efficient operations)
Interested in learning from their coworkers and customers
Prioritizing personal sanitation (clean clothes and body)
Energized and energizing, displaying a positive disposition
Down with wearing jeans or pants and a t-shirt at work (nothing fancy here)
In possession of a New York Food Handler’s License or willing to get one ASAP
Down with the family vibe - we are a supportive, tight knit group of people that want to keep it that way

Micromanager Benefits
Compensation is in the form of $14+ per hour, commensurate with experience.
Disability + worker’s comp. through payroll services, with direct deposit.
Bonuses (both financial and material), free meal with each shift, discounts on additional meals.
We will pay for you to get your Food Handler’s License if you don’t already have one.
Family vibes - we are a close knit team and we want to stay that way - supportive of each other and of the concept.
