Waiter/Waitress

Description
Work somewhere awesome:

Careers with Hawksmoor Group are among the best – generous pay and benefits, award-winning restaurants, unrivalled career opportunities and some of the happiest people in the business (as voted by the people who work here). The Sunday Times has recognised us in their Best Companies awards, for seven years in a row, as one of the top 100 companies to work for in the UK.

A short walk from Waverley station, Princes Street and just off St. Andrew Square, Hawksmoor Edinburgh is located in the beautiful former Nation Bank of Scotland Banking Hall, a Grade A listed “building of national importance”. The 185-cover restaurant has been sensitively refurbished to celebrate the building’s original features. Hawksmoor draws on the amazing produce that Scotland has to offer, featuring seafood from around the Scottish coast and beef from grass-fed native breed cattle from both sides of the boarder.

Work hard and be nice to people:

We’re looking for a waiting staff to join our team in Edinburgh. Ideally, you’ll have at least a year of experience in busy, high profile restaurants. Along with your natural flair for first class service and hospitality you’ll be consistent, reliable and excited to be a key part of a happy and supportive team.

When you join you will have access to a generous package of benefits, including:
• Support you with the tools and training you need to be the best you can be.
• All of the service charge goes to the people who work in our restaurants, including everyone who works in the kitchen.
• 50% off food in our restaurants for two people (four if you want to bring your family)
• An optional paid day each year to use for volunteering.
• Christmas & Boxing day off.
• No staff uniform.
• 28 days’ holiday that include service charge.
• Exclusive savings on travel, shopping, restaurants, health and fitness benefits and more.
