Description
Hawksmoor has just opened in an incredible restaurant space in New York: a beautiful National Historic Landmark built as The United Charities Building in 1893, with an incredible 30-foot ceilinged assembly hall that forms the main room of the restaurant. The restaurant is 170 seats with a 50-cover bar and is located is just off Park Avenue South and north of the prestigious Gramercy Park and Union Square.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, we’re looking for brand-new Servers to join our team at our first international restaurant in New York.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
• Serving and looking after our guests in the restaurant and bar.
• Offering precise service and genuine hospitality to our guests.
• Ability to run your own section and deal with busy services.
• An excellent understanding of Hawksmoor products especially food and beverage
To be considered for the role you will have:
• Experience working in some of the best restaurants in New York.
• Comfortable and experienced with high volume businesses in terms of both covers and revenue.
• Excellent waitering skills.
• Exemplary product knowledge of food and beverage.
• Highly professional with exacting standards.
• Genuine care and hospitality with our guests.
