Description
Work somewhere awesome:
Located in the old Watney-Combe brewery, Hawksmoor Seven Dials is tucked down a quiet street a few minutes’ walk between Covent Garden station and Seven Dials. An impressive 160 cover restaurant with an equally impressive bar seating 60. In the heart of the West-End, our Express Menu is perfect for pre and post theatre. There’s a meaty tradition for us to live up to – the Brewery’s first owner, Alderman Combe, hosted annual steak suppers for London’s great and good. His guests in 1807 included the Prince of Wales and the Duke of York who were very pleased with their host’s hospitality. We aim to make all customers to leave Seven Dials just as satisfied.
Work hard and be nice to people:
We’re looking for an experienced Chef De Partie to join our team. To be considered, you’ll have a few years’ experience already working as a Chef De Partie, cooking in a kitchen that cares about the food it sends out. Cooking skills and product knowledge are massively important, but our best chefs are also consistent, reliable, willing to learn and adapt to different ways of working.
When you join you will have access to a generous package of benefits, including:
• Support you with the tools and training you need to be the best you can be
• All of the service charge goes to the people who work in our restaurants, including our awesome kitchen team.
• 50% off food in our restaurants for two people (four if you want to bring your family)
• An optional paid day each year to use for volunteering
• Christmas & Boxing day off
• No staff uniform, chef whites provided
• 28 days’ holiday that include service charge
• Exclusive savings on travel, shopping, restaurants, health and fitness benefits and more.
• Seven Dials privilege card
