About 67 Pall Mall
We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join our team at 67 Pall Mall for 3 months (short term contract) with the possibility of extension.
This is an ideal opportunity for you to join a great team of professionals. We are looking for a truly passionate professional looking to develop their career.
The restaurant itself is a beautiful, uniquely designed space with bespoke tableware & one of the largest wine lists in the country.
Duties
- Maintain up to date billing system, including setting up members’ continuous payment methods such as Direct Debits and Credit Card payments
- Collection and allocation of payments received
- Assisting in sending monthly statements
- Investigating and replying to membership queries
- Responding to internal queries from across the business
- Posting the revenue
- Daily and weekly reports preparation
- Daily Banking
- Assisting with Bank reconciliations (HSBC, Natwest, Clydesdale)
- Provide cross-functional support to team members as needed
- Contributing to the continued development of systems within the business
- Maintaining accurate filing systems
- Support ad hoc projects as required
Desirable Skills & Experience
- 2-3yrs of administrative / accounting experience or equivalent
- Experience in a customer support role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, other languages a plus
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Ability to manage and prioritise challenging workloads
- Strongly results oriented, ability to work independently and show initiative
- Ability to balance several different tasks simultaneously in order to meet deadlines
