Key accountabilities and tasks:
1. HR administration support for AHH and Encore Care Homes
2. Work with recruitment and onboarding to process new starters, including compliant files and processes, (e.g. DBS and reference checks)
3. Update and maintain employee data, status, benefits and changes
4. Update employee records for payroll and benefits admin
5. Maintain data about employee relations (ER) matters, e.g. disciplinary and grievance matters
6. Ensure regulatory and GDPR compliance
7. Act as a note-taker in formal ER meetings
8. Support absence management and occupational health administration
9. Assist with audit checks to ensure HR data is up to date, complete and compliant
10. Process employee leaving information and administration, (e.g. dismissal or resignations, exit interviews, confirm with Payroll)
11. Deal with reference requests
12. Support the HRBP with additional tasks and reports
13. Conduct Exit interviews for leavers across the organisation.
Key requirements and competencies:
· Able to, and ideally experience of working in a fast paced and growing organisation
· Previous HR experience ideally
· Time management and reliability
· Experience of using HR information systems
