An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and aspiring Digital Marketing Manager in a fast paced, rapidly growing business.

Affordable Housing & Healthcare Group are on mission to create affordable communities for key workers, first-time buyers and elderly residents and to deliver long-term prosperity for all. The Digital Marketing Manager role is responsible for digital marketing channels across the AHH portfolio of companies.

Reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be developing, implementing, tracking, and optimising digital marketing campaigns to ensure digital growth. You be the main point of contact managing our portfolio of websites, continually improving the digital customer experience and driving conversions through owned, earned and paid digital media.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will have an excellent understanding of all digital acquisition and retention channels and be driven by delivering proven results.

  • 22 Days Annual leave + 3 days at Christmas

Main Duties for the role:

  • Use content-based inbound marketing to drive potential business customers and influencers to our website
  • Implement targeted, segment/persona based outbound business marketing campaigns and deliver through email programmes
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage the performance of PPC and SEO to generate sales qualified leads
  • Work alongside Head of Digital Marketing and brand Marketing Managers to plan the digital marketing activity calendar
  • Report on digital analytics including website activity, inbound and outbound marketing.
  • Responsible for the day to day management and performance of the group websites
  • Bring our brand to life through story telling and high-quality website and email content, including blog posts, email and landing page content.
  • Managing affiliate channels including but not limited to property portals

Other Responsibilities:

  • Undertake such other duties, as requested by the line manager, consistent with the responsibility and grading of the post.

Digital Marketing Manager requirements:

  • 4-5 years of digital marketing experience
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, PPC & email campaigns
  • Experience working with a content management system, email marketing platforms & CRM systems
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Understands user journeys and has a track record of driving leads & conversions
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • First class organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at one time
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
