The Marketing Campaign Executive role has been created to support the delivery of our multi-channel customer campaigns and the purchaser experience at each of our development locations.

What our Marketing Campaign Executive role involves
  
You will contribute towards the creation of campaign and communication briefs, understand the strategic role of the campaign and support in the briefing of the campaign to the various marketing channel owners.
Once the campaign has been briefed, this role will take accountability for managing the campaign through to implementation. You will manage the various campaign project plans across the defined group of stakeholders and ensure campaigns are compelling, effective, integrated, timely and measurable.
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager you will help define the best purchaser experience, and the content, collateral and messages needed to drive conversion of enquiries to reservations.  Working across offline and online channels, you will project manage the delivery of improvements to the purchaser experience.

Marketing Campaign Executive responsibilities:
  • Support in the development of the annual customer campaign calendar and the lifecycle plan for each development
  • Build and maintain the campaign project plan for the various number of campaigns that will be running at any one time
  • Deliver collateral, content and signage that creates a best-in-class purchaser experience – managing the detailed delivery for each site throughout its lifecycle.
  • Hold channels to account on the timeliness of their delivery of campaigns and development lifecycles
  • Risk escalation if there are concerns in relation to the quality, effectiveness, or consistency of marketing outputs
  • Support in the review of creative output, identifying issues with artwork and copy
  • Take ownership of the end to end campaign delivery process and highlight amendments and efficiencies to be made
  • Manage and administer existing offline tracking/reporting systems such as mediahawk, etc
  • Lead on internal stakeholder engagement of campaign activity, most notably the sales management team
  • Be a customer and marketing champion and source of knowledge and expertise
About you:
  • Good understanding of offline and digital marketing channels
  • Excellent project management/campaign management skills
  • Demonstrate work experience in a marketing role/similar business environment
  • Proactive and inquisitive
  • Enthusiastic and engaging
  • Self-starter
  • Analytical and data driven
  • Ability to interpret data and metrics to create reports and recommendations
  • Creative flare
  • Able to have attention to detail whilst also being focused on the bigger picture
  • Ability multitask and manage multiple projects at once
  • Resilient and calm when in a pressurised environment
  • 3 years experience in a B2C marketing role
  • Whilst not essential a Marketing related degree or equivalent education would be desirable
