The Administrative Assistant partners directly with store management to ensure all office and administrative
tasks managed efficiently while providing superior service to our Team Members.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Provide administrative support to the General Manager, Management Team, and Staff
• Keep employee files and data organized, accurate and current
• Post positions in applicant tracking system as needed and help ensure hiring process through
onboarding is adhered to
• Manage banking, basic bookkeeping and cash handling
• Make reservations when guests call or in-person/Ability to navigate reservation system
• Process Payroll and tip reconciliation
• Invoice and data entry
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete cleaning as assigned
Qualifications
• Must have upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude
• Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Previous Bookkeeping and Cash handling skills
• Basic employment recordkeeping knowledge preferred
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• MS/Word/Excel - strong computer skills
