Description
Take food & beverage orders, prepare and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and meals to guests, courteously and efficiently according to Company and Brand specifications. Maintain stock/supplies and cleanliness of outlet and equipment. Responsible for inventory management and maintain liquor security controls. Check guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with federal, state, local laws and regulations, and Company and Brand standards. Maintain professionalism in a fast paced environment at all times is required. Possess technical knowledge and aptitude.

Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Excellent verbal and communication skills required.
An alcohol awareness certification and or food service permit or valid health/ food handler card(s) may be required in accordance with state and local government agencies, Company and Brand standards.
Professional appearance and grooming must be adhered to at all times. Uniforms must be worn according to Company and Brand standards.
Possess technical knowledge and aptitude.
MICROS experience preferred.
Must have knowledge of beer, wines, mixers, liquors and non-­‐alcoholic beverages and preparation methods.
Ability to attend and complete job and Brand training.
Must be a self‐starter.
Be organized and work well in a fast-paced team environment.
Stand for an extended period of time.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place object weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds without assistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping.
Previous experience required; formal bartending experience preferred.
Previous experience preferred.
Must meet state legal age requirements.
High School Diploma preferred.
