Shift Leader

Holey Cream is seeking an energetic, positive, team-oriented Shift Leader to be part of this exciting business! We are known for our decadent build-your-own donut ice cream sandwich. We also put out some amazing cupcakes, smoothies and other parlor favorites. As a Shift Leader you will be the front lines of our fast-growing consumer-facing brand.


JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties:
- train, mentor, and motivate staff
- uphold goals, guidelines and standards
- work to increase overall profitability by driving sales, managing waste and controlling inventory
- maintain clear and consistent communication among store team and GM
- help with everyday orders and production
- provide outstanding customer service

Requirements:
- understand all local, state and federal health codes and maintain highest safety and sanitation standards (NYS DOH certification)
- basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food service production
- general knowledge of coffee and barista operations
- be able to be cool under pressure, work long hours and jump in when short-staffed
- have a minimum of 2 years in a similar position
- availability to work nights and weekends. friday, saturday and sunday nights are our busiest times.
- must love donut ice cream sandwiches!

All compensation, including salary, bonus, etc, will be competitive and based on industry standards and work experience
