We are currently recruiting a dynamic Member Events Manager to join our team.

Ideally, our new colleague will have experience of a similar role within the world of private members clubs, hospitality industry or comparable luxury environment.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Operations Director to create a dynamic calendar of members’ events, covering wellbeing, dining and luxury lifestyle to enhance member engagement and retention.

• Oversee the end-to-end production and execution of all events, focusing on the member experience.
•  
• Manage our flagship member parties, including agency sourcing and management, creative concept development, budget management and on-site delivery.
•  
• Manage the booking of technical and production requirements and oversee all relevant purchase orders / invoicing.
•  
• Liaise with Heads of Department to ensure each event is run effectively and that all parties are aware of their responsibilities.
•  
• Report on the delivery of budget conversion and the success stories of the agreed calendar of members’ events.
•  
• Source appropriate event and brand partnerships that support the Home House vision.
•  
• Consider and propose appropriate opportunities to engage new audiences through the events programme.
•  
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to raise awareness of members’ events and societies.
•  
• Develop professional relationships with members, potential members and external suppliers, acting as an ambassador of Home House at all times.
•
