As our Office Assistant, your job is to help manage our space to ensure that HomeState runs like a well-oiled machine, and ensure that our team can focus on what they do best. You will be working closely with everyone in our Highland Park office and generally ensuring an awesome work environment! In addition to Office Assistant responsibilities, this role will provide administrative support to our Owner and Operations Director.
A positive, passionate culture has been instrumental in our early successes and you will be a key champion in maintaining it as we grow.

REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience as an Office Manager, and/or Sr. Administrative role (start-up experience a plus)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred
Being able to multi task and handle several different things at once
Ability to travel between restaurant locations
Assist with daily activities
Experience working in a fast pace environment.
