ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following.

Evaluate the quality of products produced in stores
Adheres to and embraces company Food & Beverage mandated menu and purchasing programs.
Addresses and resolves disciplinary issues as appropriate.
Fosters a team work environment.
Ensures that product quality, freshness and presentation always meet company standards.
Schedules staff efficiently to accommodate varying business volumes.
Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays, as well as, extended workdays to support business needs.
Troubleshoot and correct any finished product issues
Re-train any sub-quality food related issues on the spot
Ensure all manuals and recipes are in place
Supervise the Kitchen Team in their assigned stores
Collaborate with DM and GM to recruit, hire and train staff for all Kitchen positions
Plan and manage store production timing (ex: Baking order)
Maintain a high level of training (BOH) staff
Audit sanitary level in stores – Institute plans/actions for any violation
Establish joint measures to improve the sanitation level with the District Manager (DM)
Felicitate new product launching and training report
Periodical reports to the production team leader on a daily/weekly basis (staff/product/work activities, etc.)
Report inferior food products
Manage and report personnel expenses
Maintain Kitchen storage organization in freezer, walk-in and dry storage
Train all Kitchen Team Members on proper kitchen safety procedures (ex: slicing machine, knife handling and ovens)
Collaborate with GM and DM on achieving Kitchen budgeted labor goals
Lead training of Kitchen staff in New Store Openings
