Old School Hospitality:
To be a great Shift Manager at Honest it takes skill, judgment, and Initiative. Your craft is team leadership, creating amazing customer memories, and you’ll have the highest safety standards.

Our restaurants are busiest in the evenings and weekends, so this is when we’ll need you to be available to work. Shift Managers are cross-trained, so when the kitchen team needs your help, you’ll be able to jump straight in.
Meat & Potatoes:
We make British beef patties in our own butchery and rosemary chips that are cut and cooked daily in our chipping room. Every restaurant serves local beers from neighboring breweries, and many of our restaurants serve local burgers using ingredients from nearby food heroes.
Honest by Nature:
Basic pay: £10.50 per hour, plus service charge
