We’re proud of what we’ve achieved over the last 10 years, since Tom & Phil started serving burgers from a tent, but we’re even more excited about what the future holds.

Old School Hospitality:

To be a great Shift Manager at Honest it takes skill, judgment, and Initiative. Your craft is team leadership, creating amazing customer memories, and you’ll have the highest safety standards.

We think the power to do the right thing sits with the person doing the job, so we work hard, self-learn, and take pride in what we do. We expect people to do their best and insist that everyone takes accountability for their performance and their decisions. We’re team players, we believe in creating genuine social connections, and we’re part of the local community. This is what we call Old School Hospitality.

Our restaurants are busiest in the evenings and weekends, so this is when we’ll need you to be available to work. Shift Managers are cross-trained, so when the kitchen team needs your help, you’ll be able to jump straight in.

Meat & Potatoes:

We make British beef patties in our own butchery and rosemary chips that are cut and cooked daily in our chipping room. Every restaurant serves local beers from neighboring breweries, and many of our restaurants serve local burgers using ingredients from nearby food heroes.

Honest by Nature:

Basic pay: £10.50 per hour, plus service charge

• You have the option to receive 50% of your earnings, as you earn them. This means you won’t need to wait until payday for your money
• Want your own street food stall or restaurant one day? We love that ambition, and Honest College will help you get there.
• Bring up to four friends every month to any Honest Burgers. The foods on the house.
• Free meal on shift for all our team members.
• We’re still expanding - there are more towns and cities we’d love to open in
