Description
We started our business in Brighton, flipping burgers for friends’ parties from a marquee. Everyone we knew loved a burger, but nobody was serving them the way we liked them – cooked simply with a focus on incredible, well-aged, grass-fed British beef. We’ve now grown our estate to over 20 restaurants in London, Bristol, Reading and Cambridge, with another opening 10 each year.

Sous Chefs

Personality – Be yourself; tattoos are cool; your hairstyle is yours, not ours. Basically we don’t want to change who you are because we think the best hospitality comes from people who can be themselves and show customers their personality.

Meat & Potatoes - One of our promises to our Sous Chefs is that they have a product to be proud to cook, which is why everything is fresh, never frozen. We make everything ourselves from scratch, we even have our own butchery so we can make the burgers we’d always dreamed of.

Experience - You don’t need years of experience to join us as a Sous Chef. You will have supervised a kitchen team before, have ambition to be the best, take pride in the safety of your kitchen and will never compromise on your food standards.

Ambition – Want to open your own restaurant one day? We love that, it’s in our DNA. Want to develop your career? We’re opening 10 sites a year so there will be loads of opportunity.

The Nice Things

• We pay you an extra days holiday to take your birthday off work
• All cash and card tips are shared equally between the FOH & BOH team
