Description
Following the huge success of our Soho restaurant, Hoppers has launched its second, larger site on St. Christopher’s Place, Marylebone. The restaurant accommodates 85 guests across two floors with an additional 16 seats available on an outside terrace.
Inspired by the roadside shacks of Sri Lanka and Tamil Nadu, the menu features a number of signature dishes, as well as dishes created exclusively for the new restaurant, new larger sharing dishes and a daily changing lunchtime Rice and Kari plate.
Job Role
You’ll be responsible for the bar’s performance, leading the team by example to deliver the highest standard of service and an exceptional guest experience. You will also be responsible for stock control and bar operations for the restaurant.
If you have previous bartending experience in a quality bar or restaurant, combined with a highly personable nature, oodles of creativity and flair, and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience, then we want to hear from you!
As part of JKS Restaurants, the Hoppers bar programme is fronted by award-winning Group Bar Manager, James Stevenson, and Head of Bar Culture & Training, Maya Tarrant, who are eager to impart their knowledge and encourage passionate bartenders to reach their personal and career goals.
As part of the JKS Restaurants family, we will offer you:
• A personalised learning and development plan to develop your skills and knowledge;
• Career progression within a fast-growing, critically-acclaimed restaurant group;
