Are you a charismatic and energetic foodie, with previous supervisory experience as a Floor Manager in a fast-paced, quality restaurant? Then Hoppers wants to hear from you!
King Cross New Opening
Hoppers the much talked about, fast paced Sri Lankan restaurant is opening an exciting new site in Kings Cross. We are looking for Floor Managers who can come on-board to our award winning concept inspired by the food of Tamil Nadu and Sri Lanka. We serve our London twist on hoppers, dosas, kothus and roasts. Complimented by a tropical drinks list with Genever and Arrack at its heart.

As Floor Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Welcoming and attending to guests with an exceptional level of care and service, ensuring that they leave with a positive and memorable experience;
• Overseeing the waiting staff to ensure the smooth running of all sections;
• Inspiring, motivating and training waiting staff to deliver the highest levels of service;
• Carrying out all opening and closing procedures.
