Hoppers the much talked about, fast paced Sri Lankan restaurant is opening an exciting new site in Kings Cross. We are looking for a Sous Chef who can come on-board to our award winning concept inspired by the food of Tamil Nadu and Sri Lanka. We serve our London twist on hoppers, dosas, kothus and roasts. Complimented by a tropical drinks list with Genever and Arrack at its heart.
The successful Sous Chef will receive:
