The quintessential Cotswold country pub, located in the heart of Bourton-on-the-Hill. With fantastic views of the Cotswolds from our hillside garden and a beautifully restored dining room makes it a wonderful for a quiet retreat for a leisurely meal, relaxing drink or even have a memorable night in one of our five sumptuous bedrooms.

As a Head Chef you are the leader and face of your kitchen. You take pride in the day to day running of the kitchen to creating wow-worthy experiences, it’s all about leading your team, every day.

Our kitchens are busy places so as a Head Chef a level head, a team-led attitude and not being afraid to challenge everything is the key to success.

We're looking for our head chefs to:

·         Have held a senior chef position in a premium pub or restaurant

·         Take pleasure in communicating with guests and team

·         Be proud of using fresh and seasonal produce

·         Motivate their team to work together, leading by example

·         Be organised and get the job done

·         Give a sh*t about the kitchen numbers

·         Have excellent knowledge of HACCP, COSHH and Food Safety

In this role we need someone with:

·         Previous experience at management level in a premium hospitality business

·         A passion for food & drink

·         Good understanding of the importance of financial targets and how to achieve them

·         Their own transport is essential
