Supervisor

The quintessential Cotswold country pub, located in the heart of Bourton-on-the-Hill.  With fantastic views of the Cotswolds from our hillside garden and a beautifully restored dining room makes it a wonderful for a quiet retreat for a leisurely meal, relaxing drink or even have a memorable night in one of our five sumptuous bedrooms.

Our supervisors are awesome team players. They have their manager’s back by making sure they get the job done!

We're looking for our supervisors to:

• Really care about the people around them
• Be passionate about food & drink
• Take pride in their standards and knowledge to create great guest experiences
• Get involved with bedrooms and events
• Create sales opportunities whenever they can
• 
  

In this role we need someone with:

• Previous experience at in a premium hospitality business
• Great food & drink knowledge
• Good understanding of the importance of financial targets

·         Their own transport to get to and from work
