We have a fantastic opportunity for a front office manager to join the team, in the organisation and running of the reception and front office. You and your team provide guests and visitors with a warm welcome and great service. You will build connections with our guests and be imaginative to create wonderful memories. You will be someone who likes to get to know people, able to start a conversation and inspire our guests and colleagues. Whilst being a constant presence on the floor you will also need to recruit, manage and lead the team to success.

What we are looking for

• Star Quality! You will be front and centre of our stage!
• Have a good understanding of local area, history and attractions
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, in a quality environment known for the delivery of the highest standards.
• A working knowledge of all hotel operational departments would be advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills and is passionate about exceeding guest expectations
• A problem solver so organisational and co-ordination skills
