We are currently looking for a Reservations Manager. You will be an important part of the Hotel Leadership Team maximising all revenue opportunities through execution of all sales strategies, delivering the right rates for the right rooms at the right times. Your team are the first person our guests speak to on the phone and so you provide guests with a warm welcome and a great first impression. You will manage all of the reservations and revenue systems and lead the development of a committed empowered team.

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years' experience in reservations, ideally in full service hotels and have strong administrative, communication and computing skills.
• Previous experience in Fidelio, Opera, Delphi, Holidex and Perform will be a strong advantage.
• Go out of your way to ensure our guests get to learn and discover our neighbourhood.
• Spoken and written English skills including: ability to read, analyse and interpret documents; ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
• Flexible approach to hours working nights throughout the week and weekends
