We have a fantastic opportunity for an executive housekeeper to join the team. You will lead the housekeeping and laundry operation to ensure quality standards are met while delivering a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life. Housekeeping is what gives hotels the 'wow' factor, so you are energetic and approachable with a sense of fun; always curious to discover more and share thoughtful suggestions with our guests.

What we are looking for

• Star Quality! You will be front and centre of our stage!
• Have a good understanding of local area, history and attractions
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, in a quality environment known for the delivery of the highest standards.
• A working knowledge of all hotel operational departments would be advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills and is passionate about exceeding guest expectations
• A problem solver so organisational and co-ordination skills
