We have a fantastic opportunity for a Reception Supervisor to join the team. You will support in the running of the Front Office and supervise the team on duty and provide guests and visitors with a warm welcome and great service. You will be someone who likes to get to know people, able to start a conversation and talk with our guests and colleagues. You will be the point of contact for our guests and a support to your colleagues delivering outstanding service and creating wonderful memories for our guests.

What we are looking for..........

• Star Quality! You will be front and centre of our stage!
• Go out of your way to ensure our guests get to learn and discover our neighbourhood
• Experience in a customer facing role and in a supervisory role would be advantageous
• A problem solver so organisational and co-ordination skills
• As our hotels operate 7 days a week, you must also be able to work any day of the week, as required, including weekends and bank holidays
