We have a fantastic opportunity for a Hotel Controller to join the team. You are a part of the Senior Leadership Team and you will prepare the Hotel and department budgets and financial forecasts alongside the General Manager. Reporting and the organisation and running of the accounts department and cost controls. You will be conducting financial analysis of hotel operations including variance explanation and make recommendations to ensure the achievement of business goals.

What we are looking for.........

• Have a degree or vocational qualification in either Hotel and Tourism Management or Business Accounting; ACCA or similar
• A minimum of 3 years in hotel accounting or internal audit with one year in a supervisory role, in a quality environment known for the delivery of the highest standards.
• A working knowledge of all hotel operational departments would be advantageous.
• A problem solver so organisational and co-ordination skills
