Breakfast Supervisor

Humble Grape is a highly successful and well-publicised group of wine bars/restaurants. We are now looking for a breakfast supervisor to open our 5th site in Canary Wharf this summer. These exciting customer- experience wine-focused venues offer a variety of complementary, high-quality dishes, which attract a wide local and loyal customer base.
The ideal candidate will orchestrate the smooth pace of seating and pro-actively promotes Humble Grape through the collection and appropriate use of guest and reservation information.
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic breakfast supervisor who has a passion for hospitality providing friendly and professional service.
KEY DUTIES
• The ability to run the floor and making sure that food and drinks service standards are up to Humble Grape standards
• Meeting and greeting guests
• Serving food and drinks
• Preparing the restaurant for breakfast and lunch service
• You must love mornings
• Confidence in running solo shifts
