We are a growing company and always look to promote from within rather than recruiting for senior chef positions externally.

● We all work in & around 45 hours per week with 2 days off, ideal for someone keen to have a good work/life balance,
● We regularly have wine training sessions and food tastings so we are constantly trying something new, discovering something different every week,
● Our menu changes monthly so we are constantly working with new produce,
● We butcher & prep all our meat & fish. We also make our own bread twice a day. We are all passionate about food & need like minded people to join us.
