An exciting opportunity has arisen at Iberica Restaurants & Arros QD for an experienced sales professional to join our team as Group Sales and Events Manager.
The Role - Group Sales and Events Manager
Reporting directly into the Head of Sales, the role will be responsible for growing pre-booked sales across our two brands: Iberica Restaurants and ArrosQD.
Our new Group Sales and Events Manager will have 2 main areas of focus: firstly, growing corporate event sales through third party and corporate relationships. The second focus will be on growing day-to-day pre-booked sales by utilizing booking platforms, systems, new routes to market and third-party operators.
Working independently but with the support of the entire sales team, the key to this role will be activating and delivering all corporate and group booking strategies.
A good financial understanding will be crucial, with a constant focus on ensuring the restaurants are sitting in line with their agreed budgets.
The ideal Group Sales and Events Manager will be a people person, highly organized, dynamic, and with excellent communication skills, capable of organizing and driving the sales agenda as set by the Head of Sales. You must be able to keep track of your performance via reports attainable from applicable bookings systems for the review of the Head of Sales weekly.
A
strong sales background in similar hospitality environments will be fundamental
for this role in addition to being able to hit the ground running.
