As a key member of our team, the Receptionist will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every guest’s experience is seamless and memorable from the moment they walk through our doors.

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and personable Receptionist to lead our front desk operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the reception team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  
• Coordinating with Service Staff: Communicating effectively with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely seating of guests. 
• Administrative Tasks: Performing administrative duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and assisting with general office tasks as needed.
