Description
The Head Chef Role:
• Responsible for managing and leading kitchen team
• Ensures the quality of all menu items
• Maintains food and labor costs
• Managing day to day operations including scheduling, problem solving, team support and coaching, payroll
• Always upholding high standards

The Ideal Head Chef Candidate:
• 5+ years of culinary management experience (Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef level only)
• High volume experience
• Formal culinary training is an asset
• Extensive food, beverage, and hospitality industry knowledge
• Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and remain positive
• A self-starter and a creative problem solver
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Must be like minded in your philosophy and passionate about local and organic food
