As a Bar Manager you play a vital role in enabling the smooth running of the bar, supporting the management to ensure that customers and colleagues have the best experience possible.

A Bar Manager  should be proactive​ and passionate​ about their work.

Please note this role will involve some late night/early morning finishes

• Maximise sales and revenue implementing new ideas/products and motivating all members of your team

• Assure all drinks recipes meet legal standards both in strength and quality of ingredients

• Complete a weekly stock take in order to reach, maintain and improve the company budgeted GP

• Actively promote the bar to your network of local businesses or industry colleagues 

• Keep consistent levels of service between the bar and karaoke areas

•  Be confident​ in your own work and the work of the team

• Get it done, be proactive​ and passionate​ about your work and company

• Do The right thing, treat everyone you encounter equally and with honesty, openness, integrity and decency

• Be positive and have an approachable manner
