Our Barbacks need to be upbeat​ and friendly​. Have the skills needed to make our delicious cocktails and be able to make their own job fun​ and not take themselves too seriously​. 

They should be proactive​ and passionate​ about their work. They should take responsibility​ for their own work and do so with enthusiasm​.

Please note this role does involve some late night/early morning finishes

• Salary £10.50 per hour rising to £11 on completion of Probation and £12 after a year's service.

• 100% of Tronc goes to you (Tronc = tips and service charge)
