J Sheekey and J Sheekey Atlantic Bar
We have a unique opportunity for a Bar Manager to join the team at J Sheekey and J Sheekey Atlantic Bar, part of Caprice Holdings.
J Sheekey and J Sheekey Atlantic Bar is our iconic seafood restaurant and bar in the heart of theatre land in the West End providing the finest fish, oysters and shellfish and smaller dishes to our customers. The restaurant, bar and extensive terrace are vibrant and lively attracting west end shoppers, theatre goers as well as the cast of the nearby theatres meaning that service is always fast paced, engaging and energetic.
As Bar Manager you will have flair, charisma and charm with the ability to provide the highest levels of service to our customers. The Bar Manager is responsible for the effective management of the bar ensuring the team are always delivering the highest quality drinks and providing engaging service.
The ideal Bar Manager will:
• Have previous experience working within a high profile, destination bar as Bar Manager / Assistant Bar Manager
• Be passionate about creating fantastic cocktails with the ability to advise and recommend to customers.
• Have some previous experience of delivering quality food service along with an interest in food is highly desirable
• Have a clear understanding and knowledge of effective liquor, stock and margin control within a bar environment
• Exceptional people-management skills to successfully manage and motivate the bar team
• Have an extensive knowledge of quality spirits and wines with a passion to continually develop the drinks offering.
