SHIFT LEADERS

● work with a dynamic, diverse team to reach a common goal
● handle opening and closing tasks with pride and diligence
● opening and closing the store with a team
● ensuring the team working beneath you upholds all standards and adheres to all procedures
● assist with scheduling, ordering and inventory control
● on-board and train staff according to company guidelines
● key holder
● assist with cash handling
● assist with all company wide operational initiatives
